Our Story

Before I created my One Mouthful bowl, I had tried every diet option available. I spent an absolute fortune and followed every diet religiously, but nothing made any longer-term difference. Any weight lost was back on within no time.

During lockdown, I was at my heaviest and as miserable as ever. I tried another fad diet eating only grapes and I just made myself sick. During this time, I researched the appetite, the stomach, and its relationship with the brain, and I found some interesting results. Although I was following everything correctly the amount I ate and when I ate were the reason, I wasn’t losing weight.

I developed my bowl as a ‘Training Aid’ to retrain my appetite, stomach and brain to understand when I am full. It has helped me lose weight and maintain it too. My portion sizes have altered dramatically, and I feel like a new person.
