How many times have you seen Slimming World Instagrammers plates of food and thought wow – I can eat all that?

One of the statements are ‘As long as they’re cooked without fat or oil, you can enjoy hundreds of delicious Slimming World Free Foods with absolutely no limits. There’s the problem. Slimming World offers no portion control advice and unchallenged, the portion sizes are far too large. 

Without learning and training your mind and stomach on the correct portion sizes you will be on a road to failure. I have seen so many stories from members

‘I've joined a few 2-3 times in the last couple of years’

‘I first joined slimming world 2 years ago and I have been and quit for a while and re-joined more times than I can count’

My own story was exactly the same. I followed my plan religiously, went to my groups every week – I even ate as little as possible on weigh in night. I wouldn’t even have my tea until after group as I was so desperate to see a result.
