One Mouthful
Retraining your appetite allows you to finally enjoy your food but in the right quantities. I want to provide you with a tool that can be used to adjust your portion sizes without counting, weighing, obsessing and of course all the added stress.
When you use the One Mouthful bowl, you will learn how to identify the correct portion sizes for yourself. This then applies to eating out at a restaurant, or at any other event or holiday. Your mind and your body will know their limits, and you can eat what you want without overstuffing yourself.
I advise that people start off with five bowls of food a day, then move on to four bowls. It’s important to maintain a balanced diet, with the right balance of vegetables, protein, and carbohydrates to see the most benefits from the One Mouthful bowl
Knowing your limits and only eating what you need is part of retraining your appetite. My bowl is a striking red and is in the shape of your mouth so that it easier to remember and keep in mind when planning your meals or portion sizes.

Overeating is a serious issue in our society. Put simply, our portions are just too big. This leads to
binge eating, which is unhealthy and can cause weight gain among other serious health issues.
As you’re eating, your body is able to ingest more food than it needs. If you were to stop for just half
an hour to listen to your body, your stomach would tell your brain that it is full and doesn’t need
anymore food.
To this extent, the One Mouthful portion control bowl is perfectly sized to replicate a relaxed stomach.
This means that if it fits in the bowl then it will fit in your stomach and fill you up. No more
stuffing yourself because you want to finish your meal, and no more reaching for a dessert straight
after dinner.
But does this mean that you will have to go hungry? Not at all. When you begin eating appropriately sized
portions for your body, your stomach responds by shrinking to its natural size. This means you will feel
satiated quicker, and with smaller amounts of food than you’re used to.
